Madness Melee Alpha 7.2

madness melee alpha 7.2 changes:

-the game now starts with a "SOMEWHERE IN NEVADA..."

-changing origins is a bit more interesting

-going up the arena spawning pipe does the same thing as the konami code

-the konami code does... something.

-fixed music ending suddenly
