-fixed the dragonsword blood texture

-made the regeneration upgrade give less HP/s (0.33 -> 0.20)

-fixed hank increasing completed runs multiple times per run

-you can now perfect block with a weapon

-perfect blocking is more precise

-you can now perfect block only when the enemy is attacking

-decreased perfect blocking stun

-the dodge no longer slows you down

-the dodge no longer makes you invulnerable

-you get up from the dodge faster

-MAG torture god a big ol buff. he punches faster and harder

-changed health regen values
